Yes, you can. It has been tested to be compatible with PS2 Mediaplayer 1.50. More information concerning the Mediaplayer can be found at the Links Section. Why did you not include the Mediaplayer function as part of the modchip?
We did not believe that is as a good idea. PS2Reality specifically requested that they do not want to see their freeware used to sell other people products. (Mediaplayer is a freeware program.) Can it play movies from other regions?
No, it can not. However, it will work fine with DVD Region X in disable mode. In addition, there are some problems related with the region free feature that people often do not realize. For example on the whole, NTSC PS2 can only play NTSC DVD even though you have unlocked the region-lock problem. In addition, it is always better to use a standalone multi region DVD player for DVD movies. Is it compatible with HDLoader & HDAdvance?
